In order for timely arrangement of suitable workplacement opportunities, please ensure that you complete all of the sections in the Registration Form. Your registration and placement request must be received by the end of the first school term (or a minimum of 6 weeks) prior to the proposed date that the Work Placement is scheduled to commence.
